We offer a one year warranty on all our products against material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
The return claim has to be made within 15 days of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a refund. The product must be in the original packaging, unused and undamaged in any way. The return claim would be accepted after due inspection of the product.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.
The courier charges for the return have to be borne by the customer.
Note: The return policy isn’t applicable to orders made through COD mode of payment.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, the exchange claim has to be made within 15 days of receiving the product. If the purchase value of the new product exceeds the purchase value of the old product, the differential amount has to be paid by the customer. If the value of the new product is less than the old product, the customer will not be compensated.
